| 3 new scouts join Troop 1978 |
We are thrilled to have 3 new scouts join the troop last Monday, with more to come.
Alex, Gerald and Matthew all joined the troop and are part of the "no name" patrol - to be named later. All 3 come to us from Pack 1978.
Alex is a great scout, and is ready to go. He has requested another Horse Ride Saturday and he will be scheduling it so he and 4 others can earn the Horsemanship Merit Badge. What a team player!
Gerald is very interested in all the Merit badges and has decided to earn them all! To show his modesty, he has decided to only earn 2 a month.
Matthew, I have been told, is VERY excited to join the troop and is ready for the fun challenges that Boy Scouts brings above and beyond Cub Scouts. His first challenge will be the Rifle Merit Badge.
